Wacky is a term that could be interpreted in many ways. There's wacky in a good way and wacky in a bad way. Wacky costumes however can be a whole different ballgame. Many of the adult costumes available from costume retailers can be classified as wacky. Sometimes even the conservative styles appear to be a bit on the wacky side. Homemade costumes can be quite a bit wackier than their storebought, commercialized counterparts. If you've got the time and creative element, a custom costume creation can be as wacky as you wish and may probably be far more eye-catching at the next big masquerade party.
