When I think of a cool costume, I think of the Fonz. Arthur Fonzerelli may have been the coolest man on earth at one time but many cool costumes are here today. Cool, of course, is in the eye of the beholder just like so many other opinions. Some my think of a cool costume as one that is worn in a warmer climate. This also makes perfect sense for attenting outdoor parties where the temperature is excessively warm.
